A CHANCE® Certified Installer is certified after achieving the highest level of installation training, specializing in deep foundation systems. Installers have to pass rigorous classroom and field training required by Hubbell Power Systems, Inc. (HPS), and are true experts in helical installation projects. By completing the certification, CHANCE Certified Installers can offer our 30-year, fully transferrable product warranty.

Certified Installers have completed six hours of online training which requires demonstrating a thorough understanding of foundation repair/installation. Upon completion of online studies and tests, the Installer must demonstrate their understanding with actual product in a test environment. Only after successfully completing both steps will an Installer be certified. To ensure each Installer stays on the cutting edge of new technology and practices, a re-certification process must be completed every two years.
